High Ren started his life in a Seventh Day Adventist home. High Ren has transcended through different names associated with each phase of entertainment he has encountered. In High School he was The Sick-Head now he calls himself High Ren because of two things:
1) the large amounts of weed he smokes on a daily basis and
2) the emotional depth of the positive messages enveloped in his current song
